Okonomiaki

Making Okonomiyaki - a Japanese food is found mainly in the Kansai region in Japan. Okonomiyaki means "cook what you want!" And 'sometimes called Japanese or Korean pizza or pancakes, but the taste is not like pizza or pancakes. They are delicious, however, and one of my favorite Foods Kansai!
