Types of Japanese Food - What Are They?

O Ebi Sashimi - fresh prawns

O Tako Sashimi - Octopus

3rd Ramen - the original Japanese noodle soup, usually covered with either seafood, beef, chicken, onions and seaweed.

Udon 4th - another variant of the traditional thick soup with pasta dough this time.

5th Tempura - shrimp wrapped in a light batter and fried baby plate quickly.Some varieties are also served with tempura vegetables and fried coated and hot dipping sauce.

6 Yakitori - skewered grilled chicken coated in sweet soy sauce.
